To support a research study on Salesforce Marketing Cloud usage, customer service professionals will participate in a remote contract role by recording a video walkthrough of their workflows, explaining their decision-making processes and the tools they utilize. Key responsibilities Record a video walkthrough of a typical Salesforce Marketing Cloud task Share the screen while navigating the platform interface and narrate the process Highlight frequently used features or tools during the workflow demonstration Required qualifications Current customer service or support professional Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Comfortable recording the screen and providing clear audio commentary Access to a reliable computer with a working microphone
