Marketing Cloud Specialist

This individual will support the design, development, and execution of customer communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They will build and maintain email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, assist with customer journeys and automations, support data integrations, troubleshoot campaign issues, and partner with stakeholders to deliver personalized marketing experiences that drive customer engagement.

Required Skills & Experience
• Salesforce Data Cloud experience, including data ingestion and audience activation.
• Experience with Data Sync, ETL tools, or Marketing Cloud integrations.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Experience in Financial Services or Financial Services Cloud.
• Exposure to MuleSoft, AWS, or Microsoft Azure environments.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
