Job Description:

Experience: 9+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with strong experience in handling data ingestion, harmonization, and customer profile unification. The ideal candidate will bring pharma-specific knowledge and work closely with CRM, marketing, and analytics teams to support data-driven HCP/patient engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Data Transformations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Unify and manage customer profile data across multiple systems to enable personalized engagement.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare and pharma standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Build and maintain audience segments for HCPs and patients using unified profiles.
• Collaborate with IT, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver clean, actionable data for marketing and reporting.
• Optimize data ingestion from multiple sources, including Veeva CRM, SFTP, and third-party platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support use case discovery, audience design, and real-time personalization.

Skills & Qualifications:

9+ years of experience with Salesforce marketing Cloud / CDP (Data Streams, DMOs, Harmonization)

Strong understanding of data integration, identity resolution, and segmentation models.

Pharma/healthcare experience with knowledge of compliance and privacy standards.

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MCI, or Veeva CRM is a plus.

Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
