Marketing Analyst
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and business data to support strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. This role provides actionable insights into customer behavior, lead generation, and return on marketing investments, helping drive data-informed growth across Groundworks' brands and markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor Paid Social and Display campaigns to identify red flags, positive/negative trends, areas of opportunities, benchmarks, etc.
- Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel analysis to drive insights for Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, Customer Experience, and Creative teams.
- Perform in-depth analysis around audiences, attribution, and creatives to drive recommendations that drive ROAS.
- Communicate the effectiveness of new creatives, campaign launches, and optimizations by leveraging internal and external data sources.
- Analyze historical and operational metrics and iterate processes to drive top and bottom-line financial results.
- Develop data layer and pixel implementation for development teams to implement.
- Collaborate with internal data teams by managing the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation.
- It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Experience working with marketing platforms and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc).
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights in a clear and actionable way.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in a multi-location, service-based organization preferred.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position based at Groundworks' corporate office in Irving, TX.
- This role has a salary of $65,000- $85,000. Salary is based on experience.
- Collaborative and dynamic environment working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Regular business hours with occasional extended hours to support project deadlines or critical initiatives.
