Job Summary:
Infusion Nurse in Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves working on a rotating 36-hour day/night schedule, with shifts every other weekend and every other holiday. The role primarily focuses on oncology infusion services within a specialized unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient oncology infusion settings and possess strong assessment skills to manage complex patient regimens.

Job Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Shift Schedule: Days; 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years of oncology infusion experience in an Acute Medical Center (AMC)
  • 1+ years of outpatient infusion experience
  • 1+ years of traveler healthcare experience
  • Strong intravenous (IV) and assessment skills
  • Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification required
• Unit Description: Yawkey 8E is a sixty bed/chair infusion unit within the division of Hematology-Oncology.
• Additional Information: The role requires compliance with the facilitys Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adherence to safety protocols pertinent to complex GI regimens. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, specialized oncology environment and demonstrate excellent patient care skills.
