Customer Trainer
Intuitive Surgical
Training professional delivering da Vinci surgical system instruction to surgical teams across multiple specialties at training centers and remote locations. Role includes program development, effectiveness assessment, and ongoing support for continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver da Vinci system training programs for surgical teams at designated and remote training centers
- Lead specialized training programs and society events supporting surgeon educators and participants
- Conduct surveys and collect data to measure training program effectiveness and outcomes
- Develop training materials and protocols; support new product development and research initiatives
- Manage training center logistics, inventory, equipment maintenance, and calendar coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or Education
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with independent work capability
- Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours as needed
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods
- Preferred: adult learning principles knowledge, medical device experience, or clinical/OR background
