Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
Experience Required: Home Health
EMR: PointCare
Productivity: 40-hour Primary Care Nurse = 28 units/week

Local Pay: $65/Hr on W2

Traveler Pay: $2,606/Week

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes throughout the assigned service area.

The RN will be responsible for providing patient-centered care in the home health setting, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing appropriate nursing care, and coordinating care as needed. Candidates should have previous Home Health experience , with wound care experience preferred.

The position requires the ability to work independently while managing a home health caseload and maintaining accurate documentation in the PointCare EMR .

Must Have

· Registered Nurse

· Previous Home Health experience

· Ability to provide skilled nursing care independently in patients' homes

· Ability to manage a home health caseload

· Ability to document patient care accurately in PointCare
