Range Safety Officer

Range Safety Officer Pay: $17.00 per hour starting. Benefits include free private range access during off‑hours, advanced firearms training, RSO certification support, staff‑only gear and ammunition discounts, and access to club facilities. Responsibilities Ensure a safe environment on the firing line by maintaining safety protocols. Assist members with lane set‑ups, basic firearm malfunctions, and shooting guidance. De‑escalate conflicts and enforce safety rules calmly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of range facilities. Qualifications Years of shooting experience and a professional demeanor. Reliability, eagerness to learn, and strong focus on safety. Bonus: NRA RSO certification or background with Military/LEO is preferred; training will be provided if needed.
