Specialist HR

General Summary This job serves as an onsite strategic and operational HR partner responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support across assigned sites. This role provides end-to-end HR support while elevating service delivery, consistency, and operational alignment. Shift Monday - Friday - 1st Shift (Day) Primary Responsibilities Serve as an HR partner to site leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and workforce needs. Serve as a liaison between employees, leadership, and HR leadership on HR matters Collaborate with leaders to build organizational capability, bench strength, and engagement. Coach leaders and employees to improve performance, accountability, and workplace effectiveness. Provide interpretation and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Prepare and respond to unemployment claims and support investigations as needed. Support performance management processes including recommendations for goal‑setting, reviews, coaching, and development planning. Assist with succession planning, workforce planning, and replacement strategies. Partner with leaders to identify learning needs, communication styles, and development approaches for their teams. Support leadership development and talent growth initiatives. Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding logistics. Administer performance management, training initiatives, and HR system updates. Other duties as assigned.
