- Answering incoming sales and warranty calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians efficiently.
- Prioritizing calls and coordinating daily schedules.
- Communicating job details, updates, and customer requests to field technicians.
- Monitoring technician routes and productivity throughout the day.
- Maintaining accurate customer information and job records within Housecall Pro.
- Providing outstanding customer service while resolving scheduling and service concerns.
- Assisting with general office administration and supporting daily operations.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced office
- A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable learning new technology and software
- Able to work independently while being a team player
- Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (Required)
- Experience with Housecall Pro or similar dispatch/CRM software preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
- Valid driver's license required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
