Business Office Manager

About the Role Rehabilitation Institute of San Antonio is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Business Office Manager you will support our vision of making communities healthier by managing finances, staff, and regulatory compliance in a behavioral health setting. Responsibilities Assist in developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the organization’s strategic plan. Manage staff relations, including performance management, satisfaction, conflict handling, scheduling, development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations. Determine and justify needs for systems, equipment, and supplies; monitor usage and ensure proper working order. Create an environment that encourages professional growth. Ensure the department stays focused on its role in the continuum of care. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience in Finance and/or Accounting preferred.
