Corporate & Tax Practice Group in our Fort Worth office is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. This position provides high‑level support to a sophisticated corporate practice and requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience, with prior corporate or transactional support required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles, complex formatting, and redlining. Strong Adobe Acrobat skills, including PDF editing, combining, bookmarking, and document preparation. Strong command of Microsoft Outlook for calendar coordination and attorney support. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for spreadsheets, tables, and basic presentation updates. Exceptional organizational abilities and demonstrated capacity to manage multiple detailed tasks with accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished presentation.
