Manager, Information Systems Engineering

We’re looking for a Manager, Information Systems Engineering to lead our Network and Cloud Infrastructure team and drive our IT automation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of our global connectivity and cloud environments. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives on building resilient systems and mentoring engineers, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional growth through regular feedback and coaching.Manage the deployment and upkeep of our cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises network hardware, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.Implement IT automation workflows using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Python to streamline provisioning and configuration management.Maintain network security standards, including firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN configurations, while leading our ongoing Zscaler ZIA/ZPA rollout as part of our broader zero trust/SASE strategy.Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Security and DevOps to align infrastructure support with broader business objectives.Oversee incident response for network and cloud-related issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future disruptions.Manage project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring that infrastructure upgrades and migrations — including the Zscaler deployment — are completed on schedule.Monitor system performance and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency within our cloud spend.What We're Looking For:5+ years in a leadership role, with experience managing network and/or cloud engineering teams.Demonstrated ability to lead complex IT initiatives and deliver against operational goals.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (switching, routing, BGP/OSPF) and cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, load balancers).Experience managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on stability, security, and scalability.Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA (or comparable SSE/zero trust platforms such as Netskope or Palo Alto Prisma Access) strongly preferred, including policy design, rollout, and troubleshooting.Proven ability to execute technical roadmaps, project plans, and infrastructure initiatives end to end.Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, New Relic) to maintain system health and visibility.Clear and effective communicator, able to provide status updates to leadership and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Additional InformationBase Pay Range:137,040.00 - 188,430.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
