Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Certified Texas Special Education Teacher
• Valid Dyslexia Teacher Certification
• Deep understanding of dyslexia interventions, individualized instruction, and special education best practices
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability when working across multiple school sites
• Experience delivering accommodations, documentation, and collaborative support in school settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted academic intervention and consistent emotional support for students with dyslexia and various exceptionalities
• Manage a full K-12th grade caseload, rotating among different school locations as assigned
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Offer consultative and direct services to students, educators, and families
• Maintain accurate case management and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to support students’ educational goals
