Business Office Manager

Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for resident billing, collections, Medicaid applications, insurance follow-up, and business office operations within our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities Assist residents and families with Medicaid applications and financial documentation Manage resident billing, collections, and monthly aging reports Meet with residents and families regarding financial obligations and payment arrangements Execute admission agreements and related financial paperwork Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals Maintain accurate resident records in accordance with federal and state regulations Qualifications Business office, billing, collections, or administrative experience preferred Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Compensation & Benefits $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off #J-18808-Ljbffr Greenup Rehab and Nursing
