QA Regulatory Compliance Manager
We are seeking a QA Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead all Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance functions. This role oversees the Feed Safety & Quality Plan, Occupational Safety Plan, and Fleet Safety Plan , leads audits, and ensures full compliance with FDA and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Feed Safety, Occupational Safety, and Fleet Safety Plans

Lead FDA, NYS, supplier, and internal audits

Manage corrective actions and compliance reporting

Conduct facility inspections and Job Hazard Analyses

Oversee QA Lab and Drug Room operations

Develop and deliver employee training programs

Complete OSHA 300 reporting

Manage pest control and fire extinguisher programs

Qualifications

QA/regulatory compliance experience in feed or manufacturing

Strong knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations

Audit leadership experience

Experience developing training programs

Strong organizational and leadership skills

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the General Manager.
