Description

As a Nurse Manager in the Mother Baby unit, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality patient care, and manage staff schedules. Your responsibilities include conducting team meetings, evaluating staff performance, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team while providing support to new families.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Kronos a plus
• BLS and ACLS healthcare provider required

• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required
