Director of Accounting – SaaS | Cool Springs We are seeking a hands‑on Director of Accounting to lead accounting operations for a fast‑growing healthcare technology and SaaS company. This role is a key member of the finance leadership team, responsible for revenue recognition, financial reporting, internal controls, and supporting the organization’s continued growth. Base pay range $150,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Lead full‑cycle accounting: GL, revenue, billing, A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial reporting. Ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes in accordance with GAAP. Own SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606) and related accounting policies; experience with ASC 842 a plus. Prepare financial statements, board materials, and management reporting. Partner with FP&A and cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives and process improvements. Recruit, mentor, and grow a high‑performing accounting team. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years in a Director/Assistant Controller role. Deep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and subscription billing models. Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and highly collaborative. CPA preferred; strong technical accounting knowledge.
