Senior Estimator: Lead Cost & Bid Strategy
Flatiron Construction
Flatiron Construction Corp in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare project estimates by analyzing specs and plans to ensure cost-effective quantities and construction methods align with pursuit, schedule and price goals.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, 5+ years in estimating, and expertise in HCSS Heavy Bid; strong technical writing and leadership are valued.
