Wound Care Nurse

Overview Wound Care Nurse - RN or LPN, $5,000 Sign on Bonus Richland Place is now hiring for a RN or LPN to join our team FULL TIME as a Wound Care Nurse. The qualified nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies and injuries. This nurse will ensure optimum patient care delivery in wound care nursing procedures. The wound care nurse will provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections. Coordinating care with other health professionals is another important aspect of this position and does have some on call. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies and injuries. Coordinate care with other health professionals. Provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections. Full-time participation with some on-call as needed.
