Financial Analyst

What you bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite. Ability to interpret and analyze financial data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with the ability to communicate analytical and financial data effectively. Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and prioritize projects. Bonus skills and experience: Previous experience with real estate financial modeling in Excel and/or Argus. Beginner proficiency with RedIQ. Familiarity with real estate cash flow projections and net present value analysis. Collaboration with Offering Memorandums (OM) – financial pro forma, writing content. What success looks like: You will work closely with the multi‑family investment team and contribute to daily financial strategy. You will support the Senior Financial Analyst from time to time on other types of commercial real estate analysis. You consistently deliver high‑quality, detail‑oriented work that reflects brand standards and professionalism, enhancing both team credibility and client satisfaction.
