Scrum Master
Working with the product owner to ensure the team are delivering on refined stories in a prioritized fashion to maximum business benefit. Facilitate agile processes including sprint iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives and release planning. Ensure removal of team level impediments and escalates non-team level blockers to conclusion. Facilitate group meetings such as workshops. Act as liaison between multiple business teams, technology teams and vendors to facilitate communications and support a shared vision of delivered functionality. Maintain appropriate project documentation. Timely communication of project statuses.
8+ years of Scrum Master experience with a Software Development team. Project management experience in the financial services or technology industry. Experience managing multiple/combined complex projects in a successful program. Scrum Alliance CSM (required) CSP certification or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP) Scrum Alliance CSM (required) CSP certification or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP) preferred. MS Office, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence. Verbal and written communication skills. Consensus building and negotiating skills. Have knowledge of CCM.
