Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Valid credentials as a Respiratory Therapist-Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new environments quickly
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory disorders in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage ventilators as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed
• Document patient progress clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
