Job Duties: Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations Review shipment activity and resolve billing discrepancies Process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve payment issues Generate customer invoices and apply incoming payments Support audits, special projects, and continuous process improvements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2-4 years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Accounting Manufacturing or supply chain experience is a plus Strong understanding of GAAP Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sterling Engineering, Inc.
