We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers through a high-volume call center environment in Missouri. This Contract position focuses on delivering helpful, timely service, handling incoming inquiries, and entering orders accurately while maintaining a detail-oriented customer experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing both inbound and outbound communication and can stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone with accuracy and a service-focused approach.
• Handle a steady volume of incoming calls while providing clear information and resolving routine concerns.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer questions, order details, or service-related matters.
• Enter customer orders into internal systems with close attention to completeness and accuracy.
• Document interactions, updates, and outcomes to maintain reliable customer records.
• Support issue resolution by coordinating next steps and escalating more complex matters when appropriate.
• Maintain consistent communication standards while meeting productivity and quality expectations.• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone communication effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a calm and attentive phone manner.
• Experience with order entry and accurate data input.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning internal systems.
