Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. Provide skilled evaluation and treatment to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them regain or improve daily living and work-related skills. This assignment is located in Crown Point, IN at a hospital setting. Candidates must be prepared to deliver patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team while adapting to facility protocols and documentation systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation, stroke center, or acute hospital settings preferred.
• Experience with common OT evaluations and interventions for neurological and orthopedic diagnoses preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility or comprehensive stroke & rehab center.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in hospital settings.
• Additional certifications in neurorehabilitation or task-specific training preferred.

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift pattern: Days.
