Position Summary GTI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our seafood import and distribution business. This role coordinates purchasing, import logistics, cold-storage inventory, customer deliveries, and supplier communications. Key Responsibilities Coordinate seafood import shipments from overseas suppliers through final delivery. Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, cold-storage warehouses, and trucking companies. Prepare and maintain shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records. Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. Coordinate inventory movements and reconciliation with third-party cold storage facilities. Support purchasing activities and supplier communications. Assist Sales, Operations, and Accounting with order fulfillment and customer service. Maintain organized records and identify process improvements. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, operations, customer service, or supply chain preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Seafood, import/export, or cold-chain logistics experience is a plus. Korean language skills are a plus but not required.
