Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative with Mark Rossmiller State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
• Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
• Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
• Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
• A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
• Bilingual Spanish
• Must be able to obtain licensing

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a proud graduate of Illinois State.
• We currently have 32 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish, Polish, and Vietnamese
