Senior Mortgage Production Manager

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day functions of Account Managers and Production Coordinators in the Division/Business Unit to achieve outstanding capture, customer satisfaction, and profit per loan goals. Interact with mortgage operations team to ensure both teams work together effectively for the company's best interest. Participate in the quality control function of the loan process by working with the Compliance department. Partner with sales leaders to cultivate relationships between mortgage and the Divisions/Business Units. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or minimum of five years mortgage origination experience. A combination of education and experience is acceptable with a minimum of five years mortgage origination experience. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
