Your Key ResponsibilitiesImplement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.Manage team of maintenance employeesYour QualificationsRequired:Associate's Degree in related field5 - 10 years of progressive experience in related fieldExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorshipPreferred:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fieldManagement experienceAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
