Title: Medical Receptionist

Position Summary : We're looking for a compassionate, detail-driven professional to create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth office operations. This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. As the first point of contact, you'll provide excellent customer service, support patient flow, and help make a positive impact on patient experiences while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to success in this role.

• Greet patients, check them in, and manage appointment scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.
• Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, verify insurance information, and update patient records accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with forms, ensuring confidentiality, and supporting overall office operations.

Hours:

Part time and full time options available!

Qualifications:

• Computer Skills - EPIC Experience
• Medical Customer Service / Medical Front Desk Experience
• Passion for Healthcare
