Help Desk Analyst

Help Desk Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Help Desk Analyst. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone
Handle approximately 30-40 inbound support calls per day
Troubleshoot and resolve: Login and password issues, Email and Microsoft Office 365 issues, Software-related problems, Mobile device support requests, General technical support inquiries
Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting and issue resolution
Document support activities and escalate complex issues when necessary
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting response and resolution expectations

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

2 years of Help Desk or IT Technical Support experience
Experience troubleshooting: Microsoft Office 365, Email issues, Login and authentication issues
Microsoft Office 365 Suite and iOS support
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Email support
User account and login troubleshooting, Basic desktop support, iOS support
High School Diploma or GED
