We're seeking compassionate professionals who share our purpose of providing the best care possible and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.Responsibilities: Provide warm, personalized care in clients' homes, including companionship, social engagement, bathing, dressing, light hygiene support, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, medication reminders, and building trusting relationships with clients and their families. Demonstrate professional integrity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
