Business Development Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking an Entry-Level Business Development Associate to support customer acquisition, direct marketing, client initiatives, and community outreach.

This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals interested in building experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer relationships, and professional communication .

The position includes training and mentorship for individuals who are new to business development.

Responsibilities

• Support customer acquisition and outreach initiatives
• Communicate directly with customers and community members
• Represent client campaigns and provide information about available programs or services
• Develop positive customer relationships
• Assist with direct marketing and promotional activities
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement
• Respond to customer questions and requests
• Support community outreach initiatives
• Assist with daily campaign activities and team objectives
• Participate in training, meetings, and professional development sessions
• Maintain accurate information related to assigned activities
• Work with team members and management to support campaign goals
• Apply feedback from training and coaching to improve performance

Previous business development experience is not required.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, events, communications, or other customer-facing roles can be helpful but is not required.

Training & Professional Development

New associates receive hands-on training related to customer engagement, direct marketing, communication, campaign support, and business development.
