Shift and Overtime The posted position is a rotating swing shift. Candidates must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or move to a 5‑day shift if required. Compensation $38.17 per hour; increased to $39.50 per hour on June 1, 2026. Saturdays paid at time and a half. Sundays paid at double‑time. Job Duties Fabrication, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical components. Rebuilding production equipment. Inventory of spare parts. Blueprint reading. Other duties as required. Requirements Heavy lifting. Pushing and pulling. Long‑term standing. Four years of prior manufacturing experience required. Journeyman or Journeywoman card preferred; other qualifications may be considered. A pre‑employment physical, drug and alcohol screen, and background check required.
