Job Category: Entrmnt,Gmblg,PerCare,Srvc Related Workers Requisition Number: CAGEC007043 Positions: Full-Time Location Showing 1 location Responsibilities Assist customers; provide a positive experience for guests. Post bets from patrons and redeem Sports Wagering Operations tickets or vouchers. Process and maintain accurate transactions and reconciliations. Understand the Sportsbook House Rules and have the ability to answer patron questions. Reviews and files CTR and SARC under Title 31. Control and balance cash drawer. Provide check cashing, token/coin redemption, cash equivalents and chip exchange for Casino patrons. Redeem and sell tokens. Redeem coupons. Communicate with pit personnel. Follow established house rules, procedures, and internal control policy. Handle customer deposit and credit transactions. Operate a Jet-sort token counter. Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy. Qualifications Experience required: Six months experience in Cage Cashier, Sports Wagering or bank preferred, money handling experience important. Education required: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills, knowledge and/or abilities required: Basic mathematics skills and computer skills, ability to effectively interact with people. Licenses, certifications, bonding, and/or testing required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2. Other Specialized Requirements Ability to remain in one position for long periods of time, ability to lift 25 pounds frequently, ability to work any shift. Equal Opportunity Employer.
