Key Responsibilities Provide Quality Care : Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders. Collaborative Care : Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic resident wellness. Monitor Resident Health : Assess conditions, document findings, and report any changes in status promptly. Administer Medications and Treatments : Ensure safe and timely administration in compliance with facility protocols. Advocate for Residents : Foster dignity, respect, and person-centered care in every interaction. Ensure Compliance : Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Team Support : Mentor CNAs and foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
