Position Summary

The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components. This role plays a critical part in delivering comfortable, energy-efficient solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems
• Install and modify ductwork as needed
• Remove and replace existing HVAC systems
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
• Test equipment to verify proper operation and performance
• Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices
• Ability to read blueprints, installation diagrams, and technical documents
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
