Project Overview: This Project Manager will be planning for and driving the initiatives to modify their existing Service Now system.
Healthcare experience is mandatory
Job Description:
This Project Manager will be planning for and driving the initiatives to modify their existing Service Now system for the following:
- Incident Management
- Major Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- DMclient Management
- Strategic Portfolio Management
They need to be on-sight expect 50% travel; maybe more at first, maybe less later.
Resources located in Dallas are preferred, but not required.
They must drive the planning and execution.
Prior experience with Service Now is obviously needed.
This has a potential to be a long term engagement (3 years).
