Patient Experience Advocate

Seeking a motivated Patient Experience Advocate to work remotely on a part-time hourly basis, responsible for scheduling patient appointments, providing insurance information, and collecting balances on delinquent accounts. Key responsibilities Schedule appointments and communicate insurance-related information to patients Make outbound and receive inbound calls to clarify patient information and resolve account balances Document account notes and facilitate pre-authorizations for diagnostic exams Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in a call center environment Familiarity with Epic system or similar is a plus Knowledge of HIPAA and other governing regulations Excellent phone and written communication skills
