Senior Research Associate, DMPK

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Research Associate for its DMPK laboratory to develop and execute bioanalytical methods supporting drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies in oncology research. The role involves LC-MS/MS method development, in vivo and in vitro sample analysis, and laboratory operations within the non-clinical development team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods for ADME, pharmacokinetic, efficacy, and toxicokinetic studies
• Prepare and analyze diverse tissue samples, including tumors, from homogenization through bioanalysis
• Conduct in vitro DMPK assays using hepatocytes, microsomes, blood, and plasma
• Generate data analysis reports and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks
• Support laboratory operations including safety protocols, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 5+ years industry experience, or master's degree with 3+ years
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining LC-MS/MS systems
• Demonstrated expertise in LC-MS/MS method development and bioanalytical analysis
• Knowledge of biological sample preparation and extraction techniques for LC-MS/MS
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC method development
• Ability to manage multiple laboratory tasks efficiently and work in team-oriented environments
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent recordkeeping
