Blue Iguana Car Wash is looking for motivated leaders who are ready to take the next step in their careers. As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll participate in our Leadership Development Program, receiving hands-on coaching while learning every aspect of operating a successful, high-volume car wash. This is more than just a management job—it's an opportunity to build your leadership skills, develop a team, drive sales, and prepare for your own Site Manager position. - Coach and motivate Customer Service & Sales Attendants
- Help recruit, train, and develop team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation
- Drive Unlimited Wash Club memberships and sales performance
- Assist with scheduling, daily operations, and inventory
- Monitor key performance metrics and help achieve location goals
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Work alongside your team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Receive ongoing coaching from experienced Site Managers and company leadership

- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
