Occupational Therapist (OT) Position in Selma We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations to identify needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, daily activities, and quality of life. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on managing disabilities and improving independence. Maintain detailed records of patient progress and modify treatments as needed. Qualifications Master\'s degree in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the practice state. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and in a team.
