Responsibilities of the Benefits Specialist: The Benefits Specialist will handle all enrollments, resolve employee questions, and manage changes related to health insurance Organize and lead new hire orientations The Benefits Specialist will reconcile and maintain salary and pension records, including support for retirement processes and accurate payroll data entry Identify opportunities for HR process improvements to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction Preferred Qualifications of the Benefits Specialist: 3 years of benefits administration experience Knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs Proven ability to communicate complex benefits topics with employees Salary is $60,000-74,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
