1. Meet with homeowners to discuss selling their property
2. Conduct listing presentations and convert appointments into signed listing agreements
3. Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and prospective sellers
4. Prospect daily through calls, sphere, open houses, networking, and other lead generation activities
5. Coordinate property pricing strategies using market data and comparable sales
6. Advise clients on preparing their home for the market
7. Coordinate professional photography, staging, marketing, and listing launches
8. Maintain consistent communication with sellers throughout the listing process
9. Negotiate offers and guide clients from contract through closing
10. Attend inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and closings as needed
11. Utilize the team's CRM and follow-up systems to provide exceptional client service
12. Continue building your own personal pipeline of future listings and referrals

1. Active Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (or willingness to obtain one if applicable)
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
3. Professional appearance and strong work ethic
4. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
5. Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
6. Comfortable with prospecting and lead generation
7. Strong organizational and time management skills
8. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing technology, or willingness to learn quickly
9. Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet clients throughout the market area
