What You’ll Do You will report to a Sales Development Manager who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one‑on‑one, and autonomy to run your own business. You own your territory and build knowledge of SAP Concur’s product offerings, competitors, and customer outcomes. You confidently overcome objections, face prospecting challenges, and communicate Concur’s value propositions to decision makers. You build and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams through clear, confident communication. You achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, conversations of value, etc.). You are responsible for inbound and outbound motions, engaging leads through phone, Drift chat, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail. You leverage digital assets and a multi‑channel approach using tools like Iris, Outreach/ReviO, Consensus, Demandbase, ConnectAndSell, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Drift. You have opportunities to participate in leadership development and sales readiness programs. You receive frequent recognition by peers and leaders through awards, shout‑outs, and daily performance stack rankings. Compensation Targeted annual combined range: USD 78,000 - 180,700, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive.
