Job brief
We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in the residents homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities- Provide health care services to the client
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
- Medication reminders
- Assist with client's personal care activities
- Monitor client's (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
- Maintain client's care records and document provided services
- Assist client with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Provide companionship and basic emotional support
- Proven working experience as Certified Nursing Assistant
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate
- First Aid training
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CNA Certificate
