Physical Therapist Float 5000 Bonus

Pro Rehab, an established rehab company with over 35 years of successful business, is hiring a Physical Therapist to float between the Buffalo, Cokato, and Dassel areas. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement (0.70/mile), and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. No productivity requirements! New grads are welcome to apply. Position Details Position Type: Full‑Time Wage Range: $45 – $55 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus: Up to $5,000 over 18 months. Location: West Region: Buffalo, Cokato, and Dassel. Physical Therapist Responsibilities Assess & diagnose: evaluate patients’ physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans. Develop & implement treatment plans: create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve patients’ functional deficits. Provide hands‑on therapy: perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed. Educate & support patients: give education to patients, caregivers, and staff, including pain management techniques and fall‑risk safety. Monitor progress & adjust plans: track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with healthcare teams: work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Physical Therapist Qualifications Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a bachelor’s degree. Current accredited MN physical therapist license. Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations related to home‑health care. Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
