Welder Trillium Staffing is now seeking welders for direct hire in Oshkosh, WI! Pay rate is $20$28/hour, based on experience. Available schedules: Weekday shift: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM4:30 PM Weekend shift: FridaySunday, 6:00 AM6:30 PM Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 Trillium Staffing is seeking welders for direct hire opportunities with a growing manufacturing company. These positions are a great fit for dependable welders who enjoy hands-on fabrication work, take pride in producing clean welds, and want long-term opportunities with a strong production team. The welder will perform welding and fabrication duties while supporting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and working closely with production and quality teams. We are looking for a welder who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, able to work independently, and committed to safety, consistency, and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet deadlines Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing welding experience TIG welding experience Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel Welding certification Familiarity with fabrication equipment and processes Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
