- Make outbound calls to current customers for relationship-building and follow-ups
- Support inside sales team with order processing and customer communication
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities with established clients
- Maintain accurate records and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Provide professional, friendly service on every call
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Experience using HubSpot CRM (required)
- Excellent phone presence and strong communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare (hospitals, nursing facilities) or hospitality industries preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Recent university graduates encouraged to apply
